Note: SargamWorld may forward your notice to the user who posted the alleged infringing content.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location.
• Your full legal name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in India (or your local jurisdiction if you reside outside India).
• Your electronic or physical signature.

4. Enforcement Policy

SargamWorld will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices. Infringing content may be removed or disabled, and repeat offenders may have their access, submissions, or related privileges suspended.

5. Non-DMCA Copyright Issues

For copyright concerns that do not fall under DMCA jurisdiction, SargamWorld will still review and respond based on applicable laws, including Indian copyright law.
